Nanny 4 Newborns and More!
When you need more than a nanny, call me!

What if I need more time?

If I do not have a job booked after you, I will usually stay. If you just need an extra day or night while I am there, just ask! I do appreciate a little advance notice as if you have given me off days, I might have planned a trip to explore your area. When at all possible I will put your needs first!

What if there is something I disagree with on the contract?

I am always willing to listen to your needs and any special considerations. I write up this first contract trying to include everything we have discussed. If you see something that needs correcting, by all means, call or email me so we can fix it!

Contracts

(really, it's not a bad word!)

I realize the word "contract" scares parents! For me it is a simple written agreement that tells me when you wish me to start, when the job ends, the agreed rate of pay and a list of agree responsibilities.

This helps both of us to have a clear picture of what you are paying and what you are getting for that money.

Deposits

Another scary word! The reason for the deposit is that once I accept a job, I can't take another job even if it is at a higher rate of pay. You have the peace of mind that I am committed and I have the peace of mind you are not going to tie up my time and then back out after I turned down other jobs!

How do you know I will come? Well, to be honest, this is my reputation on the line and I want the full salary not just a portion!

How Do I Contact You?

I prefer that our first communication be through emails, though you are welcomed to call me too. When you write out your job needs and preferences, I can get a better idea of your family. Writing allows both of us to go back and reread the details. Once there is a real interest on your part, we can talk and develop a more personal relationship.

Through emails we can find a date and time to talk that is convenient to both of us. I want to give you my full attention so it is important that I do not talk to you while on the job or at the end of a long day.
